The elevators have painfully long wait times!!! Rooms are smaller than expected, making space an issue. Noise from nearby areas disrupts sleep, and the pool hours could use an extension for evening use!!!

We were quite disappointed with the beach access. It was through a dark tunnel that felt unsafe and dirty. Additionally, there was an unmentioned daily fee for beach beds and umbrellas that added unexpected costs to our stay. The cleanliness of the common areas left much to be desired, which was frustrating considering the premium rate we paid.

Amazing stay with breathtaking views

The breakfast spread was awesome, and the pool area was super chill. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home! The only bummer was that our room didn’t have the best view. Can’t wait to go back next year!

It was just a suitable option for a fleeting moment in Sorrento with good value for price. The lift down to the beach was super convenient and made our stay a lot easier. Try to catch breakfast early for the best selection.

We had an awesome time enjoying the stunning sea view from our balcony and relaxing by the beautiful rooftop pool. The private beach access and the calm garden area were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only tiny hiccup was that the seating in the bar could have been a bit more comfortable, but it didn’t take away from our amazing experience. Definitely book that sea view room! 🌊

Our junior suite with a sea view offered jaw-dropping vistas of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius every morning. Breakfast was a whole vibe, with an epic spread of local pastries and fresh fruits that made us excited to start each day! Plus, the staff's attention to detail, like remembering our coffee preferences.
